Refunds & Returns

We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days from receiving your item to return it.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

• You do not need to contact us before returning your item — simply send it to the address below.

📦 Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we are not liable for items damaged or lost during return transit.

Damages and Issues

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival, please contact us immediately at onlinesales@vanlifeliving.co.uk.
We’ll cover all costs for sending a replacement item.

• Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
