Why engine-internal specialists matter

Engine work is unforgiving. A head gasket that doesn't seat properly, a timing chain tensioner that's slightly out of tolerance, or a stretch-to-yield head bolt that's been replaced with a non-equivalent — any of these can take an engine back out within a few thousand miles.
